The article discusses the role of foreign economic relations as a result of the structural policy pursued by the state. The issue of forming a "New Economy" based on scientific-technical, investment, innovation in all areas is brought to the attention. Today, the development that prevails in our country is based on the export of fuel and raw materials and the import of some consumer goods, machinery, equipment.
Economic development causes our state to become dependent on the prevailing conjuncture in the foreign market and the decisions made by foreign states. For this, ways out of the crisis are proposed.
