Improvement of the management system and development directions of oil machinery engineering in the Republic of Azerbaijan

Abstract

The oil machinery engineering industry is one of the strategically important sectors of Azerbaijan's economy. This industry plays a significant role in providing technical support to the oil and gas sector, implementing new technologies, and enhancing industrial competitiveness. In the modern era, characterized by global economic changes, digitalization processes, and the rapid development of innovative technologies, the improvement of management systems in oil machinery engineering enterprises has become a necessity. This article analyzes the current state of Azerbaijan's oil machinery engineering industry, examines existing problems within its management system, and identifies key directions for its future development.
